You could pass off her fancy meals as your own and gradually develop a reputation as an expert cook/chef/baker/food photographer.I'm sure I'd agree with the doctrine of "fair use" if I bothered to find out what it really was.
If you will actually look at the DMCA you will see that what Media Rights Technologies (MRT) is doing is not lhbgaaule and not utterly stupid. Look at section 1201 in the DMCA. It states, No person shall circumvent a technological measure that effectively controls access to a work protected under this title. But, that is just what Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and Real Networks have done, and, a federal judge, looking at the DMCA and the facts of this case may well decide that enough is enough and issue injunctions. This is the basis for MRT's action. The US attorney general recently came out with a statement about the problem of Internet piracy and the government's policy of prosecuting those companies in violation of the DMCA. These 4 companies, Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and Real Networks have until Tuesday of next week to reach a settlement with MRT, then, they will all be in federal court, with MRT asking for injunctions to remove the offending software and devices from the marketplace. The law firm of Robinson and Wood certainly does not think this action is without merit and they have taken this case on contingency.

Holly,I know we fall out on different sides of this issue tgohuh I am a fiscal conservative. We positively need a stimulus bill thats funded through deficits. Alternatively, we would spiral out of control into something signifcantly worse than what we are experiencing now.If you're talking about Geithner, I find your position on this very partisan. This was an honest mistake by an honorable person. This happens day in and day out. I have had tax issues before also and it doesn't make me less qualified to do my job.Regards Phelps and pot, I know we aren't going to agree on this. Pot smoking is N-O-T-H-I-N-G! In Massachusetts it has been decrimalized and its about time. I occasionally smoke and it's not much different than having a couple of mimosas. The fact that we spend so much money policing marijuana is laughable. Phelps is not a role model. He didn't sign up for that. We made him one or some people did. Role models are parents not celebrities.Sorry girl. We will never see eye to eye on this.

I ask that all you Freeking liberals move to DC and New York so that when the Crazys from the mdldie east blow off an atom bomb or chemical attack, then we can get rid of all of you lamos at one time. Look in war time when your fighting a standing army They wear uniforms so you can see them as combatents. They have a rank structure and a country that they are fighting for (like germany in ww2) The germans pretty much followed the geneva convetion when it came to POWS and so did we. Yes there we still attrocities on both side most went unreported. Read about the POW camps we set up in France in WW2 to hold german prisoners. In many cases when german soldiers and whole german units tried to surrender they were killed or refused and turned around and sent back to force them to surrender to the russians. Marines in WW2 almost had to be forced by there officers to take prisoners(so they could interagate some one). The unwritten policy was to kill all Japanese soldiers and take no prisoners. The japanesse in kind did not follow the geneva convention and tortured and killed american POWS at will. It was common pratice to execute a few POWS on japaneese holidays with beheadings. One japanese office cut the liver out of a live american POW and ate it raw

A few years ago I wrote about what people could do when things like this happen to them. While it doesn't tackle the legality of the mugshots, I still think it has some good advice for people like Donnelly:

"Forget Big Brother, the bigger concern today is Big Google. Managing a brand – personal or corporate – in the 21st century increasingly means managing what the search engines say about it. The internet never forgets, so the trick is to be constantly feeding it new memories that convey the message you want to put forward.

...You will never be able to scrape the internet completely clean, however, and you can’t stop others from writing negative things about you (or publishing the embarrassing things you yourself create).

What you can do is flood it with good news about yourself or your business, and with strong SEO hope that it pushes the bad coverage down in the Google listings."
